I can't recreate the International F.A.Q/News/Manuals in English, there are standarts of them.
This is not my problem for now, I just made this cus, you can have them on you'r computer, without any computer internet connection needed.

The HTML Based, it means, that I script by myself.
and I can easily add the images, to those HTML files.

Images are already in the tutorial, so then you are offline, you can still look at them without internet connection needed.;
Login system that lets you to watch almost the needed information without any internet connection (this will be fixed on 0.5, but will release on 0.4) ;)
Fixed on HOVER link colour designs.
The Imperial Hero HTML Based Tutorials - Offline owns now 3,5 MB space. That's much for tutorial, but I am trying to make this better.

[EDIT]:I just noticed that I have lost the futured version 0.4 of IHHBTO. But. I will try to recover it from my notebook. If it will be an success attempt, I wil release 0.4 and will let you to translate it to other language.
