Heavy bugs in fight ?

Hi ,

I am not fan of reading battle reports and usually have not time for that. Anyway when all your opponents has 0% block and you are blocked several times in fight, it surely calls your attention. >:(  After reading I found there is also heavy problem with enemy evading.

My quesitons are :

1. Which way is possible to can be my mercs blocked ( in addition by maximal 60% block ) from enemy with 0% block ?
2. Which way is possible to enemies can have maximal 75% evade ( x/25 on roll ) when Dracula ( my merc ) dexterity is 491 and enemy mercs agility 110 ( turtles ) and 106 ( basilisk ) respectively ?  *suicide*

Same mechanics works in The Karaganda Quarry, Imperial Karaganda final behemoth boss ( has 0 block - but blocking with 60% chance, evading with maximal 75% chance opponent with 2x more dexterity as behemoth agility )

In The Pirate Bay , Imperial Karaganda block seems to be OK, but maximal evade 75% is granted to behemoth with 112 agality against merc with 200+ dexterity.
