Carpenter crafting multiplier

Is there a reason why I don't get the crafting multiplier as a carpenter?
One of my guildmates is a tanner and he gets a crafting multiplier to create leathers but I don't when I turn the stumps into crafted wood. I have reached 200 in tier 1 and tier 2.
I do get the crafting multiplier as a weaponsmith however.

cause only tanner have time multiplier after reaching 200 CP. carpenter and miner gain bonus to gathering wood, but tanner dont have this bonus

Are you sure it's 200 cp? Tier 1 tanner is limited to 100. When will the crafting multiplier be available?

tanner tier is not limited. every second profession have limit 400 CP. only first professions have limits in tier 1=200 and tier 2=300
