Skill and prerequisite?

I searched for this info, but couldn't find anything, so here is my question:

What are prerequisites for each skill to unlock them??

You can se on this pic:

All the best skills remain unlocked an there is nowhere information HOW or WHEN they can be unlocked

SO, please, leave some info, or any link I missed

If you still have skill points to distribute, hold the cursor over the N/A and you will have the answers. Also if you keep cursor over each skill, you will receive more infos.
1. Merc captain - you need to be level 20 minim
2. Guardian Stance - Defense Stance at maxim (7/7).
Rest, same as 1.

I hope I am not mistaken too much

I am using this topic to ask a question about "redistribute" skill points and atribute points.
In the screen shot above you can see: worth 25 diamonds and a button: "redistribute"

I do not see this with my hero    
No button, no worth 25 diamonds.

Is this a bug? or am I doing something wrong?

To redistribute the skill points, click the redistribute button that you see in the Skills section. The graphic shown above was a modified diagram to show the redistribute option in the lower skills section - there is no button to click in the lower section. Simply click the one in the regular Skills section and you will be able to redistribute all the skill points (not the attribute points though).

Thank you for your reply, but I still seem to be doing something wrong?
I do not see (have) a "redistribute" button or the words: "worth 25 " image of diamonds" in my skill screen.

I click "skills" in the main window (to the right of my hero button) and I see 2 windows in the next screen:
 the top one: attribute points, the one below: skill points... but no "redistribute button"

Can any one help? what am I doing wrong? I would like to redistribute my 4 charge points.

First note: It happened to me once, fixed itself when I leveled up.
Second note: Isn't it a bit of wasted diamonds to redistribute your skills at level 10?

First: I have never heard of it happening before. I hope there is a way to correct it because he has a while to go before he levels up again.

Second: I don't think spending 25 diamonds is something he is worried about (look at his diamond count).

It has been this way since I started playing this game, their was in the start the free option to redistribute (tried it out to learn), after this: no more button 

@ Cuorion: Thank you for the reply, I also appreciate you question about it being worth changing my skill points at level 10.
This proves / shoves to me (and hopefully others) that forum mods "care".

@ Geomaticus: Indeed , I do not care about the diamonds...
I understand the economics of this world, nothing is for free and I consider it to be an investment.
When I buy a toy for my little son, he plays with it for 5 minutes and is bored (he even enjoys the box and paper more ), when I go and see a film, I get about 2 hours relaxation and it costs,
when i go to dinner...about 4 hours, when I go on a city trip...you catch my drift  ...
and also no one works for free (programmers...)

You must reach level 15 in order to be able to redistribute skill points. The "Redistribute" button won't be visible till then.
And it'd be really a waste of diamonds to do that now or at level 15.

  It actually "fixed itself" then because my next level up got me to level 15.
