displayed worth of item is not correct

i craft by recipe of Agate Medium Bone Shield and i see in
http://www30.imperialhero.org/game/crafting.php

Item crafted: Agate Medium Bone Shield

Level - 38
Armor - 323
Block - 20
Sale price - 1600
Vitality +14
Durability - 122


my inventory is full,
and i go to cashe.
i press button "Sell to vendor"
and get message.
"1 items were sold to vendor for total sum of 1200 gold."

so, agate medium bone shield displayed incorrect worth 1600
or "Sell to vendor" incorrect work and give 1200?
