No tools in any shop since patch (Tier 6 patch )

What the title says. I can't find any "magic" tools in any shop regardless of tier. Tested with Firefox and Chrome.

Tested at firefox and works normal...
For example Ophalia's province shop

Ophalia seems fine on Chrome and Firefox on both NMNM and DMDM. Can't see tools in Imperial City and Everwhite on DMDM and only in Imperial City on NMNM. Realm 3, under Chrome and Firefox.
