How i can give lifes to a mercenary

My mercenary is dead in the battle.
Can i give them new life or i must delete and buy new mercenary?

You can visit a store with the medical emblem on it. It says healers. There you can heal or rename or advance your mercenary tier, of course you have to pay to do it. Healer stores are at Imperial City and (all?) tier 2 provinces.
Always you can fire him and hire someone better but the equipment old mercenary used will be useless.

of course you always can sell the dismissed merc's stuff on a NP shop or give it to your guild's wharehouse

Sell it yes, but why to give it to guilt's warehouse since no one will be able to use it? it will be waste of space.
