Merc not healing

My merc has run out of health from battles, but is not recovering with its hourly regeneration of 19/hr. After 7 hours without any activity, his health is still 0.

This can't be normal....

If your mercs die, you must pay resurection at healers house. or he will still be dead and wont recover health.
