Can't Login or Create Account

I've been playing ImperiaOnline last few years ago and just recently I'm playing it back, one day my friend told me about ImperialHero but somehow I couldn't login or create account using my IO id's since he said I need to play it through IO account.. I'm wondering why or maybe there is something that I'm missing since there is a new rule system, could any admin help me with these?
Sorry for inconvenient since it's been while I last play IO..

I'm appreciate for any reply..

Do you play IO V5 - Age of Conquest or older V4?
In older V4 you have link in upper part of screen - Win credits - there you have instructions how to create account in IH so IO and IH accounts are connected and you get credits as reward in IO for reaching certain levels in IH.
In V5 there is no such option. So you can just create IH account from IH main page.
