new logos on the zones

today have appeared some new logos on each zone of the provinces : 2 cross-swords or a skull
=> what does it mean, please?

They are simply showing more clearly the areas that you can fight.
The crossed swords are areas that you can fight regular mobs, the areas with a skull are showing multi-level dungeons with stronger mobs.
