Title: Mercenaries

How can someone have Mercenaries of lvl 49 and he's lvl is 39?

it is normal, you have option to stop hero exp, and mercs advance with they experience further, but mercs stay in lower tier, in this case tier 4, no matter what are lvl 49  ;)
