all the store times are at 12 hours instead of 3 like the merchants order says still.

Yes, I have received a few such reports. There are 2 possibilities :

1. As usual, 12 hrs must pass and at the next refresh the shop shows 3 hrs.

2. Its a notworking yet feature.

In case of 2 - we'll report it tomorrow morning for programmers to look at.

Well that player said that he waited those 12 hours, but still nothing.

After some testing I noticed it is a visual bug.
The first time you visit the store the timer starts counting 12 hours. If you leave the store and visit again, you can see the timer now counting as it is supposed to. :)

Even if you don't have any order activated same thing happens. If time reaches 00:00:00 the screen refreshes and after that 12 h appear. If you leave the store and reenter the right time of 23:59... is shown.

Yes, it has been resolved and functions properly now, hopefully the visual bug will be fixed too.
