Fame system has been deployed.
Here are the rules:
1. PvP (Player vs. Player) fights can only be conducted in the Arena, which is located in Imperial City (for now).
2. Players' equipment lose durability during arena fights. Nothing else.
3. Each player starts with 1200 Fame by default.
4. Fame is rewarded only in 1 vs. 1 fights.
5. Fame formula:
Winner receives 16 points Fame + 4%(Loser's Fame - Winner's Fame)
Loser is taken 16 points Fame + 4%(Loser's Fame - Winner's Fame)+1
