when u go in auction house, and in the right corner u press any of tier-s,
 u get all items that belong to that tier, but not recepies,
when u pick recepies only, and press any of tiers u get the same thing
i sow that few weeks before, but i dont know if anyone reported this, sorry if it is a spam

Yep happen to me too. But only after the new patch.

Before this if I press on any kind of item first (example choose sword) then press tier 2. It will show all the items in the items type that you choose of tier 2 only. In this case all swords of tier 2.

But now if you pick the item type then press tier, it will revert back to every item of the chosen tier. so it aren't useful anymore.

No,no. Tier filter works correctly for most of the item categories.
It does not work for recipes potions/food and tools if remember correctly.

Btw, I checked this now and all items categories but recipes are filtered correctly. Only Recipes are buggy

It's not a bug, it's intended that way (I don't know why, but there is another topic somewhere about this)

I doubt that this is locgical. All items, even potions and food, have Tiers. Recipes also have tiers. So Filtering them by Tier is very natural. This should be implemented IMO to make our lives a tad easier  :)
