At what do time do resources in dungeons reset?

Does anyone know what time of day the resources available to be mined from a given dungeon reset?  Every time I go to try to mine silver from a decent location it is all gone, and I would really like a chance to mine some before it all gets taken.

It has been said several times before...resources generate every 24-48 hours. I don't think there is a rule that they generate at an specific time of the day.
