Hi guys, I tried to separate 7 from 20 obsidian gems and 13 stay normal, but those 7 become red ball... this problem was in past some times (I read in forum). account nigga170 , realm 3

And to me happened:
With 1 week ago a Red Ball appeared with worth 1
Do not worry is not a big problem  ;)

Have I to remove this Red Ball or wait until you solve this? it is not a big problem for me but I would like to know what to do? 7 obsidians is not end of world anyway so I can remove this ball although I keep it - hoping someone will repair it (I knew it was weekend so I don't refresh topic :))
