Why in Tier 3 stonecutter is missing crafting of sapphire gem? There are all Tier 1 gems, perals, but no Sapphires...

You should be able to cut it, I am not certain if there needs to be a special recipe that you have to buy first. Will find out for you.

Sapphire Gem is crafted in Tier 2.

humans also have a habit of dropping them after the battle
