that is the most horrible MTG card i have ever seen

The Ravnica and then Kamigawa, which the card is from the players reward program, were lacking in art i must agree with you. But try the new Alara cycle the art in many of the cards is breathtaking Steve Argyle, Volkan Baga and other new artist completely face lifted the visionary of the game.
