How do I post a picture ?

Hi does an experienced user on here know how to insert pictures in my posts? Any guidance gratefully accepted

go to imageshack.us or some other picture hosting site, and upload picture then you get link for that picture and insert that link

Upload the picture you want to post. Copy the link of the image.
Then click on and paste the link [ img]here[/img]
Then hit preview to see if it's ok, if you don't see the image, then either I didn't explain it good, or you're doing it wrong. *freak*
