Blur increases dexterity on opponents

One of my mercenaries has BLUR.
I just now noticed that it doesn't decrease dexterity on opponents, instead it increases it.

It can be seen on battle reports on character duckwaldus in realm 2.

We checked it. It's only visual and it'll be fixed by the afternoon.
