in the game we can read this: "Unopened gifts will be automatically opened upon login on September 21st 2011, 12pm Server Time (GMT +2)". it's impossible that you haven't recieved the gift. maybe they have been added to the premium pack that you have enabled before the "back to school gift".

if both of you do not accept this skill, please stop playing at this game. you are a ranger and a mystic, then accept your skills. because the warrior do not have 100% of critic like the ranger, the guardian can't use double weapons, the guardian can't heal the mercs. he has only a good abilities (+24%) you have more and more better skills. then i think this post is only because you don't have a skills to increase the attributes of yours mercs. every pg has different abilities, then accept it. when you arrive to level 69 restart you pg and choise the guardian so you are finally happy to give 200 300 point of agility and dex to your mercs.

in loot there aren't penalty (robio when you fought with me in loot, i didn't get penalty, and i'm t6)...but during a siege you get penalty also if you have a mercs t5 but level 53...if you fight against a pg level 35 you get 17 levels of penalty 
...to get penalty you have to fight with a pg of lower order.

Perhaps you bought a cap level (15-19). the new rules said to wear these items, you must be level x5 (15 25 35 etc.). what is your nick and realm in the game?
