cannot sell weapon

I tried today to sell a wooden staff at auction and got the following message:

You cannot sell weapon or armor with level lower than 2.

But why? I have a character still at Tier 1 and I am not alone.

Its a precaution because level 1 people can still try to sell their gear and then have no money to buy anything and they cant fight without a weapon.

but this staff wasn't bound to any player... I crafted it..

this can be problem, limit to sell weapon should be limited only for hero below lvl 5 cause later he can work and earn money 8)

I dont know then, it happens to me when I try to sell something from beginning (hero is level 1 and wants to sell his sword for example). This is probably a bug.

my hero has already Tier 2 as weaponsmith... why she cannot sell her items?  8)
2 days ago she sold a Tier 2 staff and it was OK... May be the problem is again in the staff Tier 1?
At start of game I think radoooo reported already that he cannot sell a Tier 1 staff..
