it`s possible to get 2 ap per hour ? i went to work, i had 1 ap, now i have 33 mins left to work and i have 1 ap

we receive 1 AP per hour.  AP is given to us after full hour 8)

you get 1 AP once the clock turns to the new hour.
so, if you used 1 AP at 16.40, you would still have 1 more available at 17.01 .... no matter if you used your last AP 5, 33 or 60 min ago ;)
