Title: Ranger's Blind

I know it is the one with the lowest success chance, but when it DOES work, what exactly does blind do to the person? Does the enemy become unable to attack for the rest of the battle?  *HUNTER* Or does their chance to hit you decrease to eg. 50%?

Interesting, because if it immobilizes them completely for a good while, I trust many don't really mind the lower success chance. 8)

You can see what each skill does by simply clicking on it :D

Andy is right, simply click on the skill and you will see the parametres of that skill choice.

i think it is good skill to invest in along with evade. If one is stalker he may evade the blow due to high agility , or he may block due to shield or he may blind them if the opponent dosent have good dexterity this could be disastrous. *THIS*
