Each 10 points of Intelligence grant 1% bonus to the experience the hero gains from battles.

so, when i fight with a merc (warrior ) , the experience is splited in half, doesn`t have to be some % experience more to mystic ?

Nope, I am a warrior and had a mystic merc, experience was shared equally.

i have merc with intelli 78 and he gain 1 exp more, i remember 2 battles, 1st 19(+1), 2nd 10(+1) 8)

in my case, exp is shared 20 for me (mystic) 20 for him (warrior ), what i`m asking is, is normal ?

yes, exp is shared. everyone gain experience and is divided, then if you fight solo then you gain 40 exp but with mers each gain 20 8)
