Bonuses from Blood Power Quest

Hi, I'm in last step of Power Blood quest in tier 5, as reward I can take +10 points to my weapon... my question is , IF I take some weapon (never used and unbounded) to give the 10 points from reward, will the weapon be automatically bounded to my hero ? I mean I would like to give the weapon to another account and I would like to know if the weapon will be bounded to me while taking the + 10 points bonus or not? can anyone help me with this question ?? i think no because i see some weapons on auction what have +10 bonus

Yes, but those can be used by hero - then unbound by other quest - and then selled . I also sold such items

no, the weapon will not be bound to you and you'll receive +10 pts to both your primal skills.
bounding is done only after the very first battle with a given item.
items for crafting and gathering of resources is bound after the first use.
