Hides stopped dropping

Today, just few minutes ago, I spent 48 action points killing the same animal mobs as I usually kill, but I didn't get ANY drop of hides to skin (I'm armorsmith + skinner).

Did something change in the last 24 hours? I feel sad for wasting 48 AP and getting no resource at all..

I have noticed the same thing. I fought a bunch of critters (30 or 40) in a province with equal-Tier enemies as me, and didn't get a single hide or bone drop.
(good thing I didn't take that quest asking me to collect hides....)
