Command HQ in Dark trees (realm 2) is level 14 (max level), in Falar (realm 2) - it is level 10 and also is at the max level.
It should be possible to be upgraded to level 14 as well, as two castles are of one and the same tier.
And after fixing the problem, would you be so kind to give a formula about upgrades of the Command HQ's across all the tiers.

Max level for attributes is 14 and we dont have it in The west End realm 3, Sentinel

Bonus:   +28 (+28)
N/A   Maximum level reached.

Thats what I have in Dark Tree in realm 2

How is that possible? In Falar, realm 2, max level is 10 (20 attribute points).
Please post a formulae about Command HQ's across different tiers (rise per level and max level). E.g. it appears that tier 6 gives 3 attribute point per level??

This is only visual effect, divine bless is responsible for it.

In the first case - 44 points, 14 skills. So we have 44 (from level) + 14*2 (not properly visualized, must be 14*1 (per every skill, initially not to a max value, 1 point added)) = 72 points, and finally 3 poison (from a weapon) + 2 points (not properly visualized, must be 3+1) = 77 points

Of course it IS a bug. They will fix it. All blood equipment MUST lose 1 durability for victory and 20% for a loss. Except for personal challenges.

There IS penalty for every level ABOVE the highest level of the corresponding tier. So, lower tier will not get penalty, but your mercs will if the attack is tier 4 for example and your mercs are 40+ levels.

Sure, but mystics should also have % bonus to their mercs. The easiest and most sophisticated way is to make that bonus a function of the intelligence. For the rangers - there could be mass effect giving some coefficient to the critical hit of all mercs. I mean, if now it is 3X maximum damage in basic, it could become as much as 4X at the max level of the respective ranger's skill.

Ranger's dual wield is the only way for a ranger to survive in tier 5. Both PvP and dungeons.
