I want to buy diamonds by call !!! I used "Pay by phone" category and my country is not suporting this kind of payment !!!  But in Instruction is write "1. Select your country from the list. If your country is not on the list choose International." ..... "Choose International" what this meanas???

It means that you choose an international number...the instructions will be at English and the call will be international (call to another country)...
