We are suffering significant shortages of strategic materials. And this could constitute major threat to our internal security! It’s a top priority to fill in those shortages! Make 11 of Copper Dagger and contribute the cause!

Reward:
Gold : 1110 - 1525
Diamonds : 2 - 4
Action Points : 4

Mission progress   11 of 11
Complete the mission to get your reward

I pushing the COMPLETE button, but print the following: You are missing one or more items to complete your quest! The mission progress 11 of 11! What is the problem?

you must have them in your inventory,you are not allowed to sell them.If you have sold them make another 11 or until you reach 11 objects,if you have anothers in your inventory.

Multistage dungeons are available only with story line quests.
That means you must finish the mission which tells you to kill a "special" monster in a multistage dungeon to have access again and again in that dungeon.

I'm on Tier 5 and so many province (Tier 4 and Tier 5) is closed! Why?

No, what Radoo is telling you is that the Imperial Hero Programmers have not completed development of the other provinces. Once they are ready, you will be notified in the News.
