Title: crafting bug

I craft weapons and I have 102/300 CP at Rang 1.
At Rang 2 I have 0/100 CP but I can't acces this rang. It isn't writen in bold.I think it is a bug. can someone help me?Thanks.

I guess you should obtain some Tier2 recipes first. Then you will be able to craft Tier2 items.
Only Tier1 recipes are given for free  ;)
