Where I can accept quest (story line) for this province, can`t find it!?!

For no man's land quests exist only at Imperial City tavern.

That would be The Armor Bearer, the Elite Tier 4 Quest that begins in Imperial City.

Thx, that means that I must first finish story in falar to continue with dark tree province?

You can start as many story lines you want. But they must be in your Tier level or lower.

Regarding the Armor Bearer, its first half is at Falar and it moves to Dark Tree after that.

Please, read the quests texts themselves, they will pretty much explain you everything.

Thx once more, I thought it goes that way, but it confused me `cause this is first quest with two provinces!

There are 2 separate quests at the Imperial City tavern. One for Falar and one for Dark tree province. Use the drop down menu at the quest name to access them.
