As for quote, is a button to make reference of this post. When you press it, it copy the text to a new message, with quotation (origin informations) from who and when it is, at the form of link to transfer you to original post.

The button notify, marks this topic and every time there is a reply, the support mail sends you an e-mail saying that there is a reply at the topic.
