Hi all, my accaunt is locked from the 20th december 2010, and still is locked after several request to unlock it. Could someone please tell me what to do in order to get it unlock or tell me or tell me who do I contact to unlock it?
I cannot see the map screen, i cannot get in a guild, i cannot craft anything. It started when i was removed by an alliance when i was in an outpost and i can do nothing.

Try logging in with a different browser like Internet explorer and see if that works. Also update flash to latest.

friend, valnir is my friend and he said that the problem was born when he was removed from his guild while he was in an outpost, so the problem cannot be the browser or the flash player...
