Now in unprotected provinces you can be attacked while digging and if you lose a % of your money is taken, but if you win a defense you get $0.00
I propose if you win a defense you get a % of the attackers cash.

a player that is attacked, don't lost any a.p. so it shouldn't be right if he take something from the defense, but also because he isn't the "looter", but he is the looted.

but the defender does lose action point, the one from digging.I keep most of my cash in the bank so they don't get a lot. So if I lose they get $1-3k and if I win I lose AP and my diggings.

yes, but as i said, the defender is the looted. little example:
if a person is robbed, and he is able to "slay" the thief, he doesn't get anything from the thief, instead if the thief is able to rob that person, he will get everything he wants :)

I know, that is how it is now. I feel this needs to change, if the mugger gets knocked out we should be able to go through his pockets for our trouble. *easy*
