I believe your account name is the same with your forum name... But you should say your realm... Since items can't be transferred between the realms...

Log into your account and click - My Profile.

At the bottom of your avatar  you can see your in game name and realm you are playing.

Those recipes in tier 2 are rare to find on the market,thats a recipe many are looking for.
