Title: Diamonds.. Who can help me?

last monday  17/12/12 ,  i bought some diamonds,  but i dont received yet,  who can help me? whats wrong?

I know for fact that several other players from Brazil shared the shame issue with you the previous days!
The employees enjoy the holidays at BG (22/12-26/12 due to weekend) that's why tech support isn't available those days.

Once they return those issues will be solved inside the first or the second day.

The same problem have players who is buying diamonds with SMS in Romania.... And at support chat it's not give any answers..... ???

I am aware of that issue as well...
Sadly there is nothing in my power to do in order to fix that!
I can only wait for the employees of the IO to return to their posts after the holidays and then inform them about those issues and their size...
Thankfully today is the last day of the non-working days thus fixes on such issues will come ASAP!
