How can i craft set item ???

You will have to master a crafting tier that allows you to craft epic items.
Once you master and max your CP's (Crafting points) there is a small chance the item you are crafting to become a set item.
You are unable to chose what set the item will be but you can "chose" the part! If you are crafting weapons then the set piece will be weapon, if you are crafting helmet it will be helmet etc.
