Title: can't enter the town

My second hero,Shusi,who is in realm 2,can't enter the dark tree  province town.I restarted the computer,tried all things(i mean on mozilla,explorer and chrome) and again nothing.Please fix this.

I entered the town but i can't enter any of these houses.I have to see new mercenaries.Please fix this!
