Title: bug at the market

The market doesn't work well.

Today I bought an item but I couldn't collect it. I clicked on "buyout" and i payed moneys. Then i went to the section "my bids" and there was the item i buyed. I could see it. But there was not "collect item" to click on. Only a green button with no writing.

Can you resolve?

Can you give more details like date & time and the kind of the item please, and we'll check it.

Ok, it works now. I found the item in my bag!

It happened again!
This time i bought an one-hand sword lev.12 and again a could not collect it.
My hero's name is Antathar and time was about 01.10 of 19/03/2015 italian time.
