Title: Shorted on diamond package

I have purchased two packages that contain 1200 diamonds, 3600 stamina, 60 sapphire and 2.2 million gold. Instead of receiving that package, I got 253 diamonds only. Fix it or give me my money back.

It does not give me the option to choose a realm in Imperial Hero.

So glad I got one email from support and then no response once I sent them all of the information that they requested. What a joke to call themselves support. They sure don't care about taking our money, but shame on us if their system screws the player out of stuff we paid for. I would call that fraud.
