Title: healers for tier 3 mercenaries

I am a tier 2 char with two tier 3 mercenaries, one of them is deceased. where in the tier 2 accesssible provinces can I find a tier 3 healer for him?

then what I will do with him for the next 2 lvls?
I guess this is not a very good thing
