Title: Dig min-max

Since update I NEVER dig out 5 of resourses again.

My dig min-max is 2-4 +1 for crafting level and i already used all 24 AP trying... Is it bug? Cos before it was quite usual  to dig 5.

bonus to max dig value from ctrafting tier NOT WORKING!

If I remember correct I had once 5 pcs of Iron or coal when I increased digging chance to 75%
