I've lost ~15-16K while withdrawing them from bank account ... they were simply not added to the "cash" sum.
Don't want you to give them back but please handle the whole withdrawal transaction correctly ...

Could you be more specific please..?

well, can't be more specific than that ... anyway:
1. I've written 15K in the input box
2. I've pressed withdraw button
3. 15K were subtracted from my bank account
4. No money were added in cash
p.s. as I said, don't want them back ... not a big loss, but you can at least review your way of dealing with bank transactions

Do you remember when did this exactly happened, because we can't find such a thing in the logs, for the last few days
And also, beta right?

right - beta, I've posted the thread shortly after (e.g. max 10 mins timeframe)
p.s. just to note that it's the first time that happens to me and I possibly wouldn't noticed it if the I haven't decided to "round down" the amount of gold in the bank ... so the amount after the transaction in the bank was xx0000 but cash money were still 1-2K

The check with the system doesn't show any transactions made by your account in the last few days.
We will investigate it further, though.
