Is there some where for t2 hero's to collect t1 light hides? Seems if going back to a t1 area, it lowers your drop rate. Blown though a large amount of AP farming for LH's for a return of 3 hides, with a +10 to item drop amulet.
Going back to t2, seems I can get more drops, more consistently, with multi drops vs multi opponents. T1 will only drop one hide regardless of opponents.
Hard part is a story line quest wanting you to craft simple capes, and most t2 armour smithing requires light hides.

The drop rate of hides is not affected by the 'item drop chance'. The rate that hides are dropped is pre-determined by the specific mob you are fighting and your lvl. The more levels between you and the province you are fighting in, the lower your chances. In the Tier 1 province (intended for levels 1~9), your chances are better as a lvl 12 player than a lvl 19 player.
You can only hunt light hides in the Tier 1 province (Hope Village Plains). Your only options are to continue trying (with low chances), buy hides in the auction (very expensive), or get some from a guildmate.
