The player is Tier 2.

Wow, it gives 26 CP !!!! That's awesome. It would be great if that ended up being crafted special.

(on a side note, the graphic designers should make the round shields more r-o-u-n-d)

I completely dont understand what "global drop" means. Looks to me like one of the ridiculously expensive recipes you can buy in the shop and are single use.

 How about a list for the best drops per teir. I am a lv.2 and how may I purchse 1 of the shield. Cya/and ty.
