Title: Rules on reporting bugs.

- When you report a bug, please try to be as specific as possible.
- When you report a bug, please also write your nickname and realm you play in.
- When you report a bug, please apply a screen shot - it might be sometimes the only prove about the problem you report.
- When you report a bug, please feedback if the problem has been resolved or didn't exist, IF a member of IH staff hasn't already replied.
