need longbowman garment and triggers, anyone have it? Are sets bounded on hero?

By "sets are bound" you mean that the moment you buy/drop them, they'll bind to you?
Crafted items and sets bind to hero after his first battle while equipped with them.
The only items that are bound to hero are those that drop in the Multistage dungeons.
