Title: Who hasn't visited the Imperial Tavern's basement yet?

There is a guy who has already visited the Imperial City's Back Yard Tavern and met the strange fellow called Nosfer.
You might be interested to check his profile in realm 2, with his equipped items which have a slightly brighter aura...
Those items are "enhanced" with +10 random attribute points bonus.

By that you mean the items get an extra glow when the bonuses from "Blood Power" quests apply ? Seen Robusta's profile and I thought I had eye problems. I'm relieved to see that I don't. : )

Is only for tier 5 and 6 or even other tiers can get those bonuses?

Those bonusses are rewards from certain storyline quests. So- the question is if there are such storylinequests in the lower tiers.
