@radooo: yes, currently the crafting experience has it's top limit.

The maximum crafting experience is 59500 points, which you get if you have 400 CP for each Tier for both professions (with the exception of 300 CP for Primary profession Tier 1 ).

Every time a hero craft something his/her crafting experience is updated.
It is calculated based on a formula, taking into account every crafting point for every tier for both the primary and secondary professions.

Yes.
That chance is calculated for each item you craft - i.e. when crafting 20 leathers from 40 hives, the chance is played 20 times.
This means that you can make up to 20 critical crafts and 40 leathers for 200 < CP < 300 and 20 CP or you can make 0 critical crafts, 20 leathers and 0 CP.

Actually, you will automatically learn all recipes for your Secondary profession for each Tier you open - i.e. when you have 100 points for Tier 2 for Tanner, you will open Tier 3 Tanner and have already learned all Tier 3 Tanner recipes!
